Nurdan Aliyazicioglu: I completed my study of “Stage Design” at Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir/2005.Since then I have become a dervish that I have taken to the roads chasing boundaries and trying to expand with them, trying to develop them. That enlarged world gives me the most powerful tool in that world where I become a wizard of it to make things those do not exist yet. There are no limits. I also aim to use the design for being able to preserve the nature. As I like to give that second chance to every object and piece where I think to find the best use for another purpose or let the piece complete a part of a solution or another design. Since, I am on the way, I have worked in so many different areas such as movies, TV series, Jewellery design and producing, Interior and conceptual party designs but mostly on theatre set and costume designs. I like to involve in every step of the job and I like to work on every branch on it individually. I just love it I was working as an assistant set/costume designer at Istanbul Municipal Theatre before decided to move to Melbourne.
